You need fresh products that however have a short shelf-life, such as buffalo and cow mozzarella, various kinds of processed meats (cured meats, hams, speck, bresaola, pancetta etc.), cheeses (Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano, provolone, pecorino, gorgonzola etc.), olive oil, truffle flavoured oil, truffle-based products, porcini mushrooms etc.
You plan to make monthly or quarterly shipments, optimizing truck/container load in order to reduce transport costs.
We propose frozen mozzarella in order to avoid expensive regular shipments and togeher with you we organize shipments by special double-temperature truck to optimize the loading of all goods.
We draw up a detailed bilingual contract, that often is required by your bank in order to carry out payments and by customs authorities for import operations.
We send you some samples of frozen mozzarella, so that you can ascertain quality after defrosting. If everything goes well, we proceed to commercial stage: we buy products from the various manufacturers, coordinate with you logistics, loadings at factories or at a single refrigerated warehouse where we have goods delivered.
You receive one single detailed invoice, with customs code and weight of each product and attached to it a detaild packing-list. Together with invoice you will receive all certificates that are required for food products: veterinary certificate (where necessary), quality certificate, analysis certificates all accurately provided in one original plus all necessary copies, as required by customs and health authorities of your Country.
During customs clearance at destination (it is the first time you import these products directly from Italy) customs authorities ask further details on documents. We quickly provide you with everything required and anyway we are are always ready to solve any problem, also involving the manufacturer.
